Description
The Peasantman Steel Distance Triathlon Series takes place on the third Sunday of every August at Indian Pines Park in Penn Yan, New York. The race has made Triathlete Magazine's list of Best Iron Distance Races in North America for two years running, and will once again be hosting the USA Triathlon Ultra Distance National Championships! Our own 'Steel Distances' are just slightly longer than traditional triathlon distances, due to a longer bike course. With twelve races to choose from - sprints through ultras - there is a race for you. Online race registration always closes at 5pm on the Friday immediately before the race. Registration during packet pickup on Saturday is allowed, but only in person. We do not permit registration on race day.

Relay Teams
Steps for on-line registration:
1) team captain registers as the first person on the team
- select 3 person relay registration category
- team captain creates the team name and pays the entire entry fee.
2) team members register for the race and join the team:
- select 3 person relay registration category
- select the team name from list of already registered teams
- complete the registration process with NO payment due
Please note: If team members do NOT select the pre-existing team they are joining, full price will be charged.
