Endlessly Outdoors Company presents Walk for Wellness - 31 days and 31 miles for Lyme Disease Challenge
We are combining our passion for the outdoors and our enthusiasm of moving our bodies everyday to bring awareness and funds for Lyme Disease.
Our Walk for Wellness - 31 days and 31 miles for Lyme Disease Challenge is to run, walk and/or hike at least ONE mile EVERYDAY for 31 days.
Hike, Run and/or walk starting Monday May 1st through Wednesday May 31st.
The Details:
- record your mile via your favorite app/watch (garmin, apple, strava, samsung, fit bit)
- share your data with us in our private group on facebook (alternative paper edition is available as well)
- Join us at our community walk, run, hike groups
- learn about ticks and lyme disease
