Be a Hero at Heart Well Homestead’s Superhero Strides 5K!

Get ready to run, walk, and make a difference! Superhero Strides 5K is your chance to lace up, suit up, and support homeless pregnant and parenting mothers in our community. Join us on May 31 at Rulf’s Orchard (531 Bear Swamp Rd, Peru, NY) for a fun-filled race through the beautiful countryside—all while raising vital funds for Heart Well Homestead, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing safe housing and essential support for homeless mothers and their children in Clinton, Essex, and Franklin Counties.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or just looking for a great time with family and friends, this event is for you! All skill levels are welcome, and superhero costumes are encouraged!

  Event Schedule:

  10:00 AM – Registration Opens
  10:30 AM – Kids 1K Fun Run 
  11:00 AM – 5K Run/Walk Begins

  What to Expect:
  Prizes for race winners & best costumes
  Commemorative t-shirts for all runners
  Delicious food from Tammy’s Lunch Box & Adirondack Food Therapy
  Face painting, family-friendly activities & more!

  Race Fees:
  Runners – $30 each ($35 on race day)
  Kids 12 & Under – FREE!
