Phelps Sauerkraut Weekend: Krauter 20K/5K

Join us for the 2024 Phelps Sauerkraut 20K & 5K. The Phelps Sauerkraut 20K is the oldest race in the Finger Lakes! Both 20K & 5K are USATF certified courses.
Registration ENDS Friday, August 2nd at 5:45PM. There is NO DAY OF REGISTRATION
Race Day Schedule
6:30am - Race Day Packet Pickup at the lot at the corner of Main & Flint (If you need a marker use 8 Banta Street, Phelps Community Center)
7:00am - 20K Early Start (offered for anyone who runs a 12 minute mile or slower, only)
8:00am - 20K Regular Start
8:30am - 5K Start
Packet Pickup is at the race site noted above starting at 6:30AM
There is NO DAY OF Registration. You must register by Friday, August 2nd at 5:45PM.
Awards
Finisher medals for all 20K and 5K participants
Recognition for:
20K - Overall 3 M/F
5K - Overall 3 M/F
Post-race celebration at 10AM near the finish line

For the 20K and 5K races all those registered by July 1, 2024 will be guaranteed a tech shirt!
