Run With Grace 5k Run/Walk

Celebrating families and life here in the North Country! Join us this fall as the leaves change and we are head into our most colorful time of year. On October 8th with an 8am start time, Healing Grace Center for Hope and Healing will host their 2nd Annual “Run with Grace” as we celebrate all that is amazing in our community and our community connections. It will surely be peak leaf color and worth every penny to be running amongst the great Lake Champlain and Adirondack mountains. These beautiful leaves will fall to the ground and nourish the life of the coming spring and summer. One big circle and a prime example of how even our saddest moments will nourish the coming lighter days.

This will be one of the most beautiful runs of the year. Join us as we get outside and honor the greatness that is our North Country families. Together we are stronger and together we can find our way.

The race can be run or walked.  Gather your friends and family and enjoy the beauty that surrounds us.

Money raised is in support of Healing Grace: Center for Hope and Healing. Our mission is to cultivate a safe and welcoming space that allows us to provide support, guidance, love, and community to all families that have suffered (or will suffer) the death of an infant at any stage of pregnancy and within the first year of life. As we expand our reach and services, we welcome all those that are experiencing grief and loss. To know love we will all know grief. We exist to foster hope and provide the necessary support for the healing journey after loss including but not limited to; professional and peer support provided in individual, community, video on demand and workshop settings, birth planning support, funeral planning support, as well as comfort boxes and other remembrance items to support all those grieving.

October is infant and pregnancy loss awareness month.  We will be launching luminaries off at the start of the race and if you would like to remember a loved one, please email sarahw@healinggraceph.org
