Struttin' for the Stuffin' Island Photo Virtual 5k

"Hi there, ho there, hello there! It's ME! Your favorite turkey friend, Tommy Gobbler! Before you sit down this Thanksgiving and eat all my pals, earn that bird by participating in the annual Struttin' for the Stuffin' Island Photo Virtual 5k! Don't help yourself to more mashed potatoes without lacing up your sneakers first and completing 3.1 miles of this virtual race. Go at your own pace, whenever and wherever you decide! Feel that sense of accomplishment as you eat that second slice of pumpkin pie. You'll be thankful for all those calories you burned!"

Join us for our first, hopefully annual, Project IPASS & Island Photo turkey trot! A virtual 3.1 mile romp that you can do wherever and whenever you choose. Here's how it works:

• This is a 100% free event
• You decide your 3.1 mile race course, complete the route whenever YOU decide during the Thanksgiving four day weekend. Submit your results by Monday December 2nd!
• You can even split up the distance if you want over several days, just add up your times to get your final results
• Walk or run, it's up to you!
• You decide your route, even indoor treadmill results will be accepted
• Track your mileage and time with one of many app options on your phone or even your favorite fitness tracker
• Participants will receive a personalized BIB number you can print
• Take lots of selfies along your route to share in the race experience and share them with us!
• Please participate responsibly, taking into account proper street safety measures (don't run on the LIE for example)
• Have your family join you! They are also welcome to register and get their own personalized BIB number
