Just a heads-up, the run/walk is happening in the South Hills Mall parking lot, and the roads will be open to cars. So, if you're rolling with a stroller, just be cool with that and super careful, especially around other folks and when you're going up or down hills – give everyone some space. If you've got a stroller, we ask that you hang back a bit at the start so the crowd can spread out.

No. This in-person 5k is an untimed fun run. It is completely open to all paces, levels, and abilities, including those working toward a 5K goal. 

No. This run takes place entirely in the Shoppes at South Hills Parking lot. If you're looking for additional information beyond that, this probably isn't an event for you. :) 

Bib and shirt pick-up will be at Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie starting on Saturday, 5/16, during normal business hours. You can also snag your SWAG on Sunday, 5/17, before the event starts. We'll be set up for bib and shirt pick-up starting at 8:15 a.m. An email with additional details will be sent on Friday, 5/15. 

You can choose from a Men's/Unisex T-Shirt or a Ladies' Tank. All of the tanks and tees run true to size, and there isn't a need to size up. To keep race costs low, we order the exact number of shirts that we need and are, unfortunately, unable to accommodate size switches once the order is placed. Most participants wear their donut run shirts on race day, which is highly encouraged!  

No. We will not have a waitlist for this event, which generally sells out. If you are considering registering, don't wait and miss out! 

No. Unfortunately, we can't mail the SWAG for this event. To participate, you must be able to pick up your giveaways at Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie.

Yes! Since this is an untimed fun run, you can transfer your registration. If you are reselling your space, you would handle that on your end; we don't resell spaces. Also, please note that shirt sizes cannot be adjusted as shirts are ordered at the time of registration. 

No. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer refunds or transfers to other events. Race supplies are ordered as registrations come in. Per the above question, you can transfer your registration for this event to someone else. You can also pick up your SWAG even if you don't make it to the event.

The event will happen rain or shine, and we would only not run or delay the start time if there were dangerous conditions such as thunder and lightning. 

Yes, you can. Donut Run SWAG can be picked up anytime during normal store hours. We will hold on to it until Sunday, 5/31. After that, all unclaimed SWAG will be purged or repurposed. 

Yes. We will have a cooler of water and cups near the start/finish.
