Run. Climb. Beer.

All avid runners know that you need to have a good cross training exercise, and one of our favorites is climbing. Climbing is a safe way to work out your upper body, core, flexibility, and it's just darn fun as well! It's also, like running, an inherently social activity, so we thought they'd go well together!

So for this event, we're going to combine three things: we will meet at Rochester Running Company at Noon, run 4 miles to RocVentures, and afterwards will check out the new Fairport Brewing Company taproom right next door!

Included in the price of the event is:
- RocVentures Day Pass
- Harness and Climbing Shoe Rental
- Belay Certification Class (You need this for rope climbing, it trains you to belay a friend up the wall)
- $1 off all beers at Fairport Brewing Company

Normally, all of the climbing alone would cost $35, but we are only charging $25 for the whole event!

If you have your own climbing gear and don't want to carry it while running, you can drop it off at RocVentures anytime on Saturday and they'll keep it safe for you.

After we're done climbing and enjoying beverages at Fairport Brewing Co, we will share some Uber/Lyft's back to RRC to retrieve our cars!
