The Rhinebeck Fall Foliage Half Marathon & 5K will be professionally timed, and every finisher will score a stunning finisher's medal (images coming soon). All participants will also receive an incredibly soft, high-quality, unisex T-shirt! 

We're celebrating speedsters of all ages! You could snag a custom-made award with your finisher's medal if you place in the top 3 overall OR in your age group (19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, and so on). Get ready to race and represent your age group!

Don't miss a beat! Double-check that your Run Signup account has your current email address. Why? All the need-to-know race day info will be coming your way via that email address. If it's not valid, you'll miss out on essential details! We will email all registered participants on Monday, 10/6, with specific instructions on bib pickup, race-day parking, and other pertinent information. 

Early packet pickup will be held at Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie (1895 South Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601): 
Thursday, 10/9: 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 
Friday, 10/10: 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. 
Saturday, 10/11: 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Due to the large number of participants, early packet pickup is strongly encouraged. Please do not call Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie with race-related questions. Any questions should be emailed to info@fleetfeetpoughkeepsie.com. 

Race day packet pickup (and same day registration, if available) will be at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds (6636 US-9, Rhinebeck, NY 12572):  
Sunday, 10/12: 7:15 a.m.  - 8:15 a.m. Note that the team will need to move on to other tasks at 8:15 a.m., so race day packet pick will end promptly at that time.

Is the race dog/stroller friendly?
This event will be held on roads that are open to traffic, and we are unable to accommodate strollers or dogs. The Dutchess County Fairgrounds does not allow dogs on its premises, so please leave your furry friends at home on race day! 

What if the weather is bad? 
The Rhinebeck Fall Foliage will happen rain or shine. It is very unlikely that we would ever make changes to an event based on a forecast. If needed, we may delay the start time in real time if conditions are too dangerous to run (e.g., thunder and lightning). 

Is this event open to walkers? Are there any time limits?
Runners and walkers are welcome! However, all participants must complete their race by 12:00 p.m., at which time course support will end.   

Can I switch distances?
Yes! If you are interested in switching race distances, please email info@fleetfeetpoughkeepsie.com before 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, 10/11. 

I registered but cannot attend. Can my registration be refunded, deferred, or transferred? 
Since this is a timed event, bib transfers are strictly prohibited. Refunds will be issued for cancellations prior to Monday, 9/15. After that date, a deferral to the following year's event will be offered.
