Description

Rochester Running Company, in partnership with Running with Kelly, is pleased to provide On Your Feet to 5K Training program to prepare you to run a 5K! 

Join us in a safe, encouraging and motivating atmosphere while you experience this running community with others working toward a goal of improved health and wellbeing with in-person workouts, lead by Coach Kelly. 

On Your Feet to 5K Training begins the week of June 16. In-person group workouts (optional) will be on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Throughout the program, you’ll receive:

  • Training by Road Runners Club of America Level 1 & 2 Certified Running Coach Kelly Nash for three months ($150 value) and support from several experienced mentors
  • Ongoing support and discounts from Rochester Running Company.
  • A full 5K training plan with two, in-person, coached workouts every week (Wednesdays and Saturdays, optional)
  • Access to an exclusive On Your Feet to 5K Training Facebook group with: 8 a.m. posts with workout reminders
  • Workshops on running gear, nutrition, stretching/yoga, running form, and race day prep
  • An On Your Feet to 5K Training t-shirt
  • A $10 off registration coupon for the Heritage Hero Run + Stroll + Roll on Sept. 7 at Seabreeze Amusement Park.

Our 5K Training works because it mixes running and walking to gradually increase your fitness level and build up your stamina.

Workouts will be at different locations throughout the Rochester area to familiarize you with the great running locations in our area.  Many of our workouts will be from Rochester Running Company.
