Virtual Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Training for runners and walkers
Virtual Learn to Run or Walk No Boundaries beginner 5K training: The Learn To Run and Walk 5K programs are designed to guide you safely and effectively into running or walking, while learning valuable information on healthy living. Perfect for beginners who don't have any run or walk experience at all, have a hard time starting, or are unsure what to do. This program starts out walking and slowly builds into running, preparing you for a 5K (3.1 mile) race. (no running experience necessary and ability to walk 30 minutes before starting this program) OR choose a walking only training program. Perfect for beginners.
Virtual Run or Walk No Boundaries 3.0 training: The No Boundaries 3pt0 program is perfect for those who can run or walk between 2-3 miles, but want to run/walk further. This program will prepare you for the 10K - 12K distances. Also great for those aspiring to complete a half marathon in the future. (Must be able to run or walk 3 miles before starting 3pt0 Training.
Virtual Run or Walk Half Marathon Training: 13.1 Finish - Beginner Half training perfect for beginners that have never run a Half Marathon and are on the lower end of the required base mileage. Required base mileage 10 – 12 miles per week.
All programs begin - Monday, September 14th
All Programs end - Saturday, November 21st
*each program is 10 weeks total
Virtual program kick off - Monday, Sept 14th 7-8pm zoom. Meet the coach, let’s chat about gear and getting started.
