The 7th Annual Bandana Bolt 5K Run and Fitness Walk benefits 13thirty Cancer Connect (formerly Melissa's Living Legacy Teen Cancer Foundation/Teens Living with Cancer). All fitness levels welcome.

It's always more fun participating as a group! Sign up as a Friends and Family team of 4 or more. Each participant will end up paying just $20 each, a saving of $5 off each registration! PLUS, the team with the best name, costume or t-shirt will receive a special team prize!
Here is how it works:
*** Groups must pre-register. Group discount will not be offered at day-of registration.
Note: In order to properly track team members to provide refunds, it is important that ONLY the first person to register types in a team name AND all others SELECT it.
Your athletes can help their teen and young adult peers with cancer cross the finish line! Register your team today for a flat fee of $100! (regular race fee is $25 per person) The Bandana Bolt is a great way for high school athletes to support their peers as well as stay in shape and bond with their team.
