Description

This is the 10th annual Bill Lawler Huntington's 5k Walk/Run. Bill Lawler is a retired RPD Police Investigator who was diagnosed with Huntington's Disease (HD) 10 years ago. HD is a devastating, hereditary, degenerative brain disorder for which at present there is no cure. Bills friends and family started the Bill Lawler Huntington's 5k to raise money to find a cure for HD.

We are proud to be partnered with UR Medicine. All the proceeds from the Bill Lawler Huntington's 5k will stay local and provide funding to support the Bill Lawler Huntington's research fund. To date, we have raised over $150,000 for the fund.

The race and walk course is a fast, fun and scenic course through Downtown Rochester and along the river path.

It is a great family event with prizes for the kids!
