Description
This 6 week indoor Brick Class offered Tuesday nights or Sunday early afternoons, incorporates a new bike/run workout each week. Sometimes it’s a run/bike/run, or a bike/run/bike or a formula 1 style (run/bike/run/bike ….) or any iteration thereof. Each week Paceline Cyclinc Instructors will take you through a 75 minute workout where the biking is indoors on their Certified Spinning bikes or you can BYOBT (bring your own bike & trainer) and run outdoors. Be prepared to sweat and get an amazing cardio workout. Please bring towel and be ready to change into running shoes for the run portion. Spinning Bikes are SPD capatible. If the weather is completely impossible to run, it will be a cycling class.
