East Avenue Grocery Run

The 15th annual East Avenue Grocery Run to benefit Rochester-area food pantries - November 2, 2024!

Join us in-person or virtually for the Grocery Run 10k run, 5k run/walk or the 1 mile run/walk to benefit local food pantries! Either way, you’ll feel great knowing your entire registration fee will go directly to Rochester-area organizations providing food, hope and dignity for hungry people. Thanks to our generous sponsors, donors and volunteers, the 2023 Grocery Run raised more than $66.500 for Rochester-area food pantries. We hope to do even better this year! 10K, 5K, 1mile and Virtual Options

​Choose your own distance to run or walk with us on race day...or choose the Virtual option and choose any distance and location. You can increase your positive impact by recruiting friends and family to participate with you—no matter where they live! You can even form a team to support your favorite food pantry and designate your registration fee to go directly to that organization.

East Avenue Grocery Run Race Swag

Participants who register by October XXth will receive a Unisex or Ladies Tri-blend Grocery Run t-shirt or purchase a long sleeve Unisex Shirt for $10 more. 

 

We will have contact-free shirt pickup events on October 31st and November 1st at Rochester Running and at 6:45 onsite on race day.  We invite you to bring along non-perishable food items to donate to our food drive!
