Let Fleet Feet Sports help you train stronger with our Core Class. The "Core" is a series of muscle groups from the abdominal and back and control the spine and pelvis. The control of the spine and pelvis has a direct relation to the hips, knees and even the feet! Due to this relation the core muscles have a strong influence on how we walk, run and maintain proper posture.
This FREE DEMO will give you a peek into the six week session that will focus on the core muscles and improving their strength and flexibility. The 45 minute workout coached by Maggie Quinn will incorporate body weight exercises as well as static poses to help create a strong core.
This demo as well as the six week session will be capped at 25 participants
