Description
Enhance your training routine with this unique and challenging total body resistance workout using only resistance bands. This class will create muscular balance and a toned physique. It will consist of 30 minutes of work, a cool down with stretching and will end will a relaxation component. The Resistance Class is a perfect complement to any training from walking, running to triathlon training. By incorporating strength training aids in injury prevention; a key component in any training routine.
Coach Maggie Quinn (current coach of Half and Full Marathon and Core Class) will be teaching a 6 week session taking place on Mondays 6:30-7:15PM starting March 9th.
Registration is capped at 25 participants
Please bring your own exercise mat and workout shoes.
