Description
The Triathlon Training Program is for those who can already swim, bike and run (maybe not well) but you can do all three disciplins. We then train and prepare you towards a sprint or olymipic triathlon towards the end of summer.
The Triathlon Program Includes but is not limited to:
- An 11 week program with the goal of completing the Finger Lakes Triathlon
- Orientation (6/25) and kickoff: where you will learn about the program, terminology, equipment, etiquette, the difference between races/events and much more!
- Online training tool, workoutlog to track your progress, view workouts and communicate with coaches
- Technique drills and stroke critique tailored to each individual
- Staggered workouts based on ability to increase endurance level for all participants.
- education on bike fit and technique, how to keep your bike in optimal performance and tips for swim/bike and bike/run transitions.
- Training tips every step of the way from knowledgeable coaches
- A Fleet Feet Technical top.

Swim Session
Due to popular demand we are adding a swim only option to the Triathlon Program. This will be the same swim program those in the Triathlon Program will be going through to allow participants that just want to work on the swimming portion to be able to do so. The first 2 classes will be "out of water" clinics to address open water swimming and transitions during multisport events.
Brick Session
The Brick Program (bike/run ) will be the same bike/run programs as those in the Triathlon Training Program will be going through to allow participants that just want to focus on bike and run portions to be able to do so. This is perfect for anyone training for a duathlon.
