Rochester Regional Health Flower City Challenge

Traverse the history and beauty of the City of Rochester.  Starting and finishing at the wonderful downtown green space area called Parcel 5, the half marathon takes in the Susan B Anthony Home & Neighborhood, Downtown, the lavish East Avenue Mansions, the eclectic Park Ave Commerce Neighborhood, Highland Park area, University of Rochester Campus, to the Genesee River Path back downtown via the vistas of the Frederick Douglass/Susan B Anthony Bridge.

The 5K starts and finishes at the wonderful downtown green space area called Parcel 5 taking in Susan B Anthony Home, the Home of the Red Wings baseball team plus downtown's sights and sounds. 

Please be sure to review the Updated Courses at the Website.  The Half Marathon Course is USATF Certified. Both courses are a common start and finish line on Cortland Street, right next to Parcel 5.

Expo/Packet Pickup Dates

• Friday, April 25th 12-6PM at Fleet Feet @ The Armory (155 Culver Rd, Rochester, NY 14620) 
• Saturday, April 26th 10-4PM at Fleet Feet @ The Armory (155 Culver Rd, Rochester, NY 14620)
• Race day 6:30AM to 7:15AM SHARP to am at Parcel 5 Athlete Village

Apparel sizes guaranteed to all participants registered by April 1st! (while supplies last on tops)
**Note color of shirt subject to change due to supply chain

• 5K Participants receive a Custom Logoed Short Sleeve Tee, but can upgrade to the Crewneck for $25 by 3/31
  
• Half Marathon Participants receive Custom Logoed Cozy Hoody or Crewneck - you choose.  Hoody offer ends March 15.
• Kids can purchase a Kids race Tee for $12 extra.  Offer ends March 31st.

• Rochester Regional Health Flower City Challenge Half Marathon on Sunday, April 27th
• Shoreline Half Marathon on Saturday, July 19th
• Rochester Half Marathon on Sunday, September 21st
• Ideally all races should be In Person, but if you need to do Virtual that is fine. I mean is Winter Warrior in Florida fair? :)

The 2025 5Kish Version will include

• Winter Warrior Quarter Marathon on Saturday, January 4th - this is where the (5Kish) comes in
• Flower City 5K as part of Four Seasons Challenge on Sunday, April 27th
• Shoreline 5K on Saturday, July 19th
• Rochester 5K on Sunday, September 21st
• Ideally all races should be In Person, but if you need to do Virtual that is fine. I mean is Winter Warrior in Florida fair? :)
