As part of our Holidays at the Armory celebration, we are excited to help host a FREE yoga class on Sunday, December 11th.
Meet new Hikyoga instructors, Kim and Lianna as they lead you through a light yoga flow focusing on grounding! This is the perfect chance to unwind and reboot. Put aside the extra stress associated with the holidays, come lay down your yoga mat and enjoy a wonderful chance to do something great for yourself! Class will be one hour long and open to all levels.
