This is a 14 week program that is catered to those running a Spring Half or Full Marathon. There will be 2 weekly organized workouts (Tuesday Evening and Saturday Morning) along with a provided weekly plan. All workouts will be conducted with a fun/supportive atmosphere.
There will be ample face to face interactions with our coaches and we will have running related clinics on topics such as race preparation, stretching, injury prevention and more.
Each participant will receive a Medved Training Group T-Shirt and Medved Store Specials.
The Focus race for this group will be the Buffalo Half or Full Marathon on May 26th.
