This is a 16-week program that is catered to those running a Spring Half or Full Marathon. There will be 2 weekly organized workouts (Tuesday Evening and Saturday Morning) along with a provided weekly plan. All workouts will be conducted with a fun/supportive atmosphere.
There will be ample face to face interactions with our coaches and we will have running-related clinics on topics such as race preparation, stretching, injury prevention and more.
Each participant will receive a Medved Training Group T-Shirt and Medved Store Specials.
The Focus race for this group will be the Ithaca Half Marathon on June 13th.
