Description
We are launching a new free program for folks who want to get out and walk!
Medved Walks will occur on the First Monday of each month May - September and will be a coached walk from the shop for folks of all abilities and speeds.
We will meet up at 9am, do a pre walk stretch, briefly chat about our monthly topic and then head out for a out and back walk along the rail trail behind the shop.
it is the perfect time to ask all the questions about movement, shoes, workouts and gear.
We encourage you to bring your stroller and kids to join in on the walks. We do ask that you leave your pets at home.
Who should join us?
- New moms and "old pro" moms who are trying to (re)develop a habit of movement post-partum
- Anyone trying to gain consistency in their movement practice
- Anyone looking to meet new friends and find accountability partners.
