Description
Let Fleet Feet Sports help you further your training with our Sunday Yoga Session! Yoga is a wonderful compliment to your physical activity routine. It is a great workout for flexibility, balance and strength.
This 6 class yoga session is intended to introduce the student to power yoga and led by Sunni Ingalls. This 60 minute workout will be mildly vigorous and designed to help strengthen and shape the body while simultaneously connecting breath with movement in a effort to restore balance and strength. Students will be taught various poses and modifications to help ease into each pose. Before closing out each practice we will take savasana, a restorative pose which will allow the mind and body to relax and reintegrate.
Classes will take place on Sundays from 12:30PM-1:30PM
**This session will be capped at 30 Participants** Minimum of 15 participants required for us to host this class
***Please bring a mat, block and water bottle***
