Endurance Bootcamp: This class is a combination of cardio, boxing and body weight exercises providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Make it as intense or low impact as you want, all fitness levels are welcome. Be prepared to have fun and to sweat! Please bring your own exercise mat, towel and water bottle.
Commitment: Mondays 6:30PM - 7:15PM OR Thursday 6:30PM - 7:15PM (6 weeks)
Registration is capped at 30 participants.
