Description
To celebrate the end of GRRC's Summer Clinic, Obatron Fitness (Obatron Productions' fitness arm) is directing a 1-mile track race for clinic participants.
Racers can invite friends and family to watch from the bleachers. Same parking as always: Lots C or F.
Race Day
6 p.m. - 6:10: Check-in and Bib Pick-up
6:10-6:25: Warm-up exercises
6:25-6:30: One lap warm-up
6:30-6:50: Wave One (Unstoppable Strivers)
6:50-7:05: Wave Two (Mighty Striders)
7:05-7:15: Wave Three (Track Blazers)
7:15-7:30: Wrap-up
