Virtual Syracuse Bandana Bolt 5K

Welcome to the 2nd Annual Virtual Syracuse Bandana Bolt 5K!

All fitness levels welcome. 

In order to continue keeping our community safe, especially our teens and young adults with cancer, we have made the difficult decision to transition the Syracuse Bandana Bolt Family 5K and Fall Fest to an entirely virtual event for the second year.

You can still make your miles meaningful and cross the finish line for CNY teens and young adults with cancer by participating in the 2nd Annual Bandana Bolt virtually Friday, October 1 - Sunday, October 3!

We can't wait to see you all next year - in person - at Green Lakes State Park!

By registering for this hybrid event, you are supporting 13thirty Cancer Connect - Syracuse and our mission to help teens and young adults with cancer live their very best lives - today!

DETAILS

The first 50 participants to register will receive the 2021 commemorative bandana via mail!

Virtual Race Weekend: Friday, October 1 - Sunday, October 3

• YOU determine your own course! Run, walk, jog, bike, hike, etc. with friends & family anytime, anywhere from Friday, October 1 - Sunday, October 3!
• Post a photo on social media, tag @13thirtyCancerConnect and use the hashtag #SyracuseBandanaBolt
• We'd love to see your virtual race! Email photos/videos to caroline@13thirty.org for a chance to be featured on our social media!
• You can record your race time on the results page or simply indicate you participated.

Register your school team!

• Make a difference for teens and young adults with cancer as a team!
