Guardians Cup is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting first responder and military mental health.
What began as an annual hockey tournament has grown into a year-round mission to raise awareness, reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, connect those who serve with meaningful resources and support, and strengthen the community surrounding them.

Our annual Guardians Cup hockey tournament brings together first responders, military members, veterans, families, and supporters through hockey, camaraderie, and a shared purpose–creating an impact that extends far beyond the ice.

Now entering its fourth year, Guardian’s Cup has become an annual tradition bringing together active and retired first responders, military members, and veterans through hockey, camaraderie, and shared experience.

Since its beginning, the tournament has raised more than $30,000 in support of mental health and well-being resources for first responders. As Guardian’s Cup continues to grow, so does its commitment to using the tournament as a platform for giving back and strengthening support for those who serve.

It’s an opportunity to step away from the demands of the job, reconnect with old friends, build new relationships, and spend a weekend alongside people who understand the experiences that come with a life of service.​
In 2027, Guardian’s Cup begins an exciting new chapter with Healing Heroes Foundation serving as the tournament’s Official Host Partner. Together, we’re working to strengthen the tournament, expand opportunities for connection and support, and build on the community that Guardian’s Cup has created.
