Frostbite 5k

Adirondack Coast Events will host the annual Frostbite 5k on Saturday February 8, 2020 in Rouses Point, NY with a race start time of 9am. The Frostbite 5k attracts the toughest and most hardy of runners and has been a North Country tradition for over forty years.

The race will start and end at the Rouses Point Fire Station at 48 Lake Street, Rouses Point, NY. Registration is $20 and can be done online at www.adirondackcoastevents.com. Same day registration is $25 and will be available from 8am-8:45am.

First 50 registrants will receive a free Adirondack Coast Events winter running hat. Prizes will also be awarded to the top three female and male runners in each age group. Funds raised from the event will go to benefit the CVPH Foundation and the Rouses Point Fire Department.

The Frostbite 5k is also the area’s first “Racejoy Enabled” race. A unique offering as a result of Adirondack Coast Events’ partnership with RunSignUp, RaceJoy includes Live Tracking, GPS-based progress alerts, and Send-a-Cheer for all runners who download and use the RaceJoy app.

The Mission of Adirondack Coast Events is to utilize our experience to provide affordable race timing and event consulting services to the Adirondack Coast Region in Northern New York. We want to allow charities to focus on their causes, enhance services to the running community, and improve the quality of life in the region. Adirondack Coast Events is Race Day Certified and has timed over 200 events and have helped raise over $250,000 for local, regional and national charities since 2014.
