Description
Joy US Foundation is a Saratoga based 501c3 formed in 2018 with the goal of restoring joy and serenity in the lives of LOCAL cancer patients/survivors and their families. Since formation we have held hundreds of free events for thousands of local families impacted by a cancer diagnosis. Kayaking, guided hikes/snow shoeing, water & snow tubing, boating, rafting, horse back riding and so many more. Our ultimate goal is to purchase and maintain a property in the Adirondacks to offer these activities and an extended stay without financial burden.
The Joy US Foudndation Out Run Cancer 5K will be held in Saratoga on the Skidmore Campus. This is a fast and fun rolling 5k course that starts and finishes on the Skidmore Campus.
T-shirts, beverages, food & raffle tickets will be provided for all registered athletes and walkers. Prizes awarded for top performers in 5k
We will have vendors, music and lots of raffle items for anyone not participating in the race. Fun morning for the whole family on the beautiful Skidmore campus
