The Saratoga Stryder's Grand Prix is designed to encourage more participation in club events through friendly competition and volunteer activities.
You don't have to be the fastest to participate or win a prize at the end of the year.
The more you race, the more points you can earn. Plus, you get to be in more Saratoga Stryder Club photos!
Announcement For 2025 Grand Prix
Welcome to the Saratoga Stryders Grand Prix for 2025!
We are building on the past success of our Grand Prix, but are making a few change to simplify the process.
The 2025 Grand Prix will still feature friendly competition, self-challenge and support for the club, local races and our running community. All paces and experience welcome.
The dates for many races are not announced yet, but we will start the year with some favorites.
- Any Race on New Year's Day - Bonus for doing the First Day 5k as part of the Stryder's Team.
- Run a Marathon - Anywhere, Any pace, Any time before Thanksgiving.
- Any Snowshoe Race in February - Laura Clark and the Stryder's host the 5k at the State Park and the 5 miler at Camp Saratoga.
