Description
Join us for Bingo, running style! Run, walk and shop your way through September with Sayville & Smithtown Running Co. Bingo players will complete running or walking challenges in the month of September to mark spaces on bingo boards supplied by the shop. Just like in regular Bingo, when you complete a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line you score a "bingo" which will give you one entry into our raffle. Participants are welcome to create as many "bingo" lines as they can in order to get multiple raffle entries.
Example challenges:
-Go for a run or a walk on a trail
- Post a selfie with your running shoes
Rules
- 30 Days, 25 Challenges, endless fun & motivation!
- Only challenges completed from September 1st up to and including September 30th count. Registration closes September 7th at 11:59 pm.
- Submit all your challenges before October 1st at 11:59 pm.
- You can make this challenge as wild, challenging and difficult as you’d like, or you can keep it low key and just use it to approach your fitness goals with some variety.
- 1 Challenge per Run/Walk. 1 post per Social Media Challenge, and the Miles in a Week challenge must be completed separate from the Streak Challenge.
- Run/Walk challenges will be verified by participants entering their activity on RunSignUp. Social media and shopping challenges will be verified by store staff and require no further action. (See below for more info about how to enter your activities on RunSignUp)
- You can post a social media challenge about 1 Run/Walk and it counts for both challenges.
- You can have multiple items on a sales receipt for the shop challenges and count towards multiple challenges.
Bingo Boards
- Once registered you will be emailed a unique Bingo Board. Boards will be emailed no earlier than August 31st.
- You can print the board out and keep track of the challenges by hand or you can use your computer/smart device to track your progress.
- Challenges will be posted to Run Sign Up on August 31st.

You will receive 1 raffle entry per BINGO. Maximum raffle entries are 13 (5 vertical, 5 horizontal, 2 diagonal and full board).
The Challenges
-Run/Walk- 1 Mile minimum for each challenge. Some challenges might require more distance to complete.
1. Run/Walk from Sayville Running Company. Not local, run from your local independently owned running shop.
2. Run/Walk from Smithtown Running Company. Not local, run from your local independently owned running shop. Use a different shop location or run a second time from the same shop.
3. Run/Walk 15 Miles in a week.
4. We are going streaking! Run/Walk 7 Days in a row.
5. Run/Walk the SRC Tuesday Night Loop (looking for hints? Check back on the 7th)
Hint 1: This 7 mile route takes you on a tour of South Sayville but don't forget West & Atlantic!
Not local, head to your local independently owned running store and ask for their group run route. Can not be combined with number 1 or 2.
6. Run/Walk The Loop (looking for hints? Check back on the 7th)
Hint 1: This 2.5 mile loop has been the go to tempo course for SRC staffers, including US Olympic Trial Qualifiers Brendan & Leo.
Not local, head to your local independently owned running store and ask for their workout loop.. Can not be combined with number 1, 2 or 5.
7. Run/Walk on trails.
8. Run/Walk on hills.
9. Run/Walk in the rain.
10.Run/Walk at sunrise.
11.Run/Walk at sunset.
12.Run/Walk by water.
13.Take your Run/Walk somewhere new.
14.Trash Run - pick up garbage on your run and throw it away.
15.Do a track or fartlek workout
Reminder: 1 Challenge per Run/Walk. 1 Post per Social Media Challenge and the 15 Miles in a Week must be completed separate from the 7 Day Streak Challenge.

16.Post a shoe selfie. Tag us, cannot be combined with number 19.
17.Comment on a Facebook post.
18.Comment on an Instagram post.
19.Tag SRC on social media, cannot be combined with number 16.

21. Are your dogs barking? Must be time for new sneakers. Buy new kicks from SRC.
22. Seasons are changing! Make sure to be ready with new apparel from SRC.
23. Long runs/walks are getting longer. Buy Nutrition from SRC to fuel up on the run. Ask any staffer how to fuel on the run.
24. SRC themed products are flying off the shelf. Grab one for yourself!

Submitting Your Challenge

Once registered you will go to the results tab
Hit the “Submit Virtual Results” button
Find your name and hit “log activities”
Enter the details of your run and in the comment section list the completed challenge

When you complete a BINGO you will take a picture or a screenshot of your board
You will submit the Bingo to us by uploading the photo to the race page.
- Go to the Results tab
Search and find your name:
then Hit the “photos” button
and then select upload images
Select the picture/screenshot you want to upload and click the “I'm Finished Uploading” button
Your pictures will post to your name
