Kids Run Series of Long Island- Shoreham-Wading River 2019

Kids Run Long Island, a 501 c3 non profit is having a Kid Fun Run Series this summer, 2019- 3 races on 3 Wednesdays for kids ages 3 to 10 years old.  Registration for all three races - July 17, July 24 and July 31, 2019.  ($2 discount per child when you register 2 or more siblings).

IF REGIstering after July 3rd, shirt sizes will be offered in whatever is available.

SCHEDULE on day of races: (subject to change- please be at race location between 6:30 & 6:45pm)
BIB PICK UP - 5:45 pm to 6:30pm
OPENING CEREMONY- 6:55pm
First wave starts at 7pm sharp.
3 year olds- run 100 meters (about .06 of a mile)
4 year olds run 250 meters (about .15 of a mile)
5 year olds run 250 meters (about .15 of a mile)
6 year olds run 350 meters (about .21 of a mile)
7 year olds run 350 meters (about .21 of a mile)
8 year olds run 400 meters (about .25 of a mile)
9 and 10 year olds run 800 meters (about .50 miles)
(This may change based on field conditions)           

We are usually done by 8pm with all waves (these are all estimates which is the best we can do when children are involved).
Children must stay in their age group generally.
