The swim is a 750m counter-clockwise triangular course. The Olympic triathletes will exit the water, run a short distance along the beach and return to do the same loop.
The beautiful clear waters of Lake George will be a little chilly but very manageable. Wet suits are recommended.
You are welcome to wear a personal swim buoy if you are more comfortable. We would ask that you start at the back of the pack so as to not interfere with other swimmers.

There is no aid station on the bike course. One station in transition stocked with Hammer Nutrition HEED and Gels and water.
NO cut-off time!
