Self Defense Class for Women

The University Police Department at Binghamton University in conjunction with the TCRC & Synergy Athletics is offering a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for women. It’s a comprehensive program that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance and progresses to the basics of hands-on defense training. All instructors are RAD-certified. Participants receive a workbook/reference manual that outlines the entire physical defense program for reference and continuous personal growth.

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before 1p so the class can start on time.
