Join us for our annual celebration! This year, we will be honoring Mike Polansky, President and Founding Member of the Greater Long Island Running Club, on the occasion of his retirement after over 40 years of dedicated service to the Long Island Running Community.
Dinner and dancing, raffles and SURPRISES! Only $79 per person at the GLIRC member price!
**PLEASE NOTE** The health and safety of our community members is of our utmost concern, and therefore we are limiting attendance to this event to those who have been fully vaccinated* against COVID-19. The Board has discussed this at length and is in agreement that the alternative of asking non-vaccinated attendees to wear a mask - per CDC guidance - is not feasible for this indoor gathering where guests will be eating, drinking, and dancing. All guests will be asked to provide proof of vaccination status (vaccination card or Excelsior Pass) at the door.
*Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after a second dose in a 2-dose series, such as Pfizer or Moderna, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson.
Ticket Details:
- Each paid GLIRC individual member is allowed to bring two guests at the $79 GLIRC member price.
- Family memberships are entitled to a total of 4 tickets at the $79 price.
- RSVP no later than January 27th to ensure requested seating. (seating will be assigned by tables of 10). January 28th through February 4th,
- SPACE PERMITTING, cost for GLIRC members will be $85 per person, non-GLIRC members will be $90 per person, with a limit of 2 per request.
- No "Day of Party" tickets!

How To Add Guests
During early registration, you may add up to two non-GLIRC guests (in addition to any members in your household). In order to do that, you will first click on yourself and any other members in your household who will be attending, and then you will click "Add new registrant" where red arrow is below, and each guest's information. This will allow you to buy up to 3 tickets at the GLIRC member price. During late registration (begins 1/28), this will no longer be an option.

Butler passed Hot hors D’oeuvres including Surf and Turf on a Stick, Szechuan Beef Satay, Sesame Chicken
Satay, Buffalo Chicken Meatballs, Vegetable Spring Rolls& Franks in a Blanket. Elaborate Cold Stations including
artisinal cheeses, fruits, breads, crudite, homemade mozzarella & tomatoes, fire-grilled vegetables, and antipasto platters.

by wild baby field greens and balsamic vinaigrette
