ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED! NOT TO WORRY YOU CAN REGISTER ON-SITE THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
Lace up your sneakers and get ready to run, walk or stroll at The Mental Health Association of Westchester's 12th annual event.
Join us for a family-friendly, fun and healthy morning,MHA on the move features a 5K run/walk throughout FDR State Park in Yorktown Heights timed by the Taconic Road Runners Club, a one-mile kids' race, guided meditation entertainment, refreshments, raffle prizes and more.
Event Details
- FREE t-shirt for all registrants.
- Medals awarded to top male/female in each age category, as well as overall top male/female runners.
- 1 Mile Kids' Race for children 10 and under. Ribbons for all kid participants.
- Strollers and pets welcome.
- Rain or Shine!
