Two proven race training programs with run coaches Hal Higdon and Jeff Galloway. Both include 5k, 10k, half marathon, and full marathon training programs for all levels.
5k - start training 8 - 15 weeks out.
10k - start training 8 - 15 weeks out.
Half Marathon - start training 12 - 17 weeks out.
Full Marathon - start training 18 - 20 weeks out.
