Unfortunately, per city ordinance, dogs are not permitted on the race course for the Navy Federal 5K. Only service dogs will be permitted.

Yes, there will be free food and drinks after the race. There will also be two water stations, one at mile marker 1 and one at mile marker 2. Alcohol is not permitted.

The 5K is 3.1 miles. You can run, walk, roll or go the distance however you are able. For kids six and under, the Sammie Sprint is a free quarter mile (.25 mile) race.

Everyone’s safety is of our utmost concern and if necessary, we’ll have a delayed start. In the event that the weather worsens, the race will be cancelled. The race won’t be rescheduled for another date.
