Night Owl 5k, 10k and the 6 hour shuffle

Runners of all races will start at the Nordic Center and follow the green trail to the brown trail. Runners will follow the brown trail around the lake back to the green trail following the green trail east to the 180 degree turn heading back to the Nordic Center.  

• 5k is one loop
• 10k is two loops
• 6hr shuffle is how far can you make it?

There is a one mile loop for the ultra runners to use which is the yellow trail path.

All trails are lit, but some spot get dark so head lamps are needed.
