Refunds , Deferrals, Transfers, and Insurance
Although this is a virtual race, we recognize life happens and come race weekend, you may not be able to race. Following are our policies and options. If you still have questions, you can contact us via the contact link on the first page.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered. However, if you opt for insurance and need to cancel, your policy may cover you.
Deferrals
Deferrals will be offered only to if the race is cancelled for any reason.
Transfers
Transfers are permitted at NO charge if done seven or more days before the race. If you need to transfer seven or fewer days before the race, contact us. We'll see what we can do.
Insurance
This is offered at registration. If you have any qualms about the prospect of your race fee being forfeited because you can't make it as planned and you don't want to find someone to transfer it to, you should really get the insurance. It covers most things that aren't simply "I changed my mind."
