Celebrate my 50th Birthday with me!
What you do:
1) Register for the Blaize a Trail 5k at runsignup.com. Cost? - a measly 5 bucks.
2) Run, jog, walk, or crawl a 5k (3.1miles) anytime from now until midnight September 20th.
3) Upload your result on runsignup.com, post your result on The Blaize A Trail Facebook Event page, or just text me and pinky swear that you moved your body 5k.
What I do:
Donate 50$ to the Mid-Ohio Food Bank for every participant that completes #1-3
