Description
Our second largest fundraiser and community event, Bark in the Park, welcomes our animal-loving community and their furry friends to kick back and raise funds to save the lives of animals in our community that need our help. Our 36th Annual Bark in the Park kicks off with a 10k run, 5k run and 1-mile leisure walk at The Shops at Fallen Timbers on Saturday, June 5th, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Attendees will enjoy live entertainment, food, games for the kiddos, adult drinks on our “Paw Patio” and fun! — as well as meeting other animal lovers in our community! However, if you're not sure about joining the fun in-person, we're offering a virtual event and this virtual run to be able to participate in the fun from the comfort and safety of your favorite running spot, or even your own home on the treadmill!
Ready to save lives with us? Help THS reach our goal of raising $75,000 this year by fundraising and earning PAW-SOME prizes! All funds raised at Bark in the Park directly support the nearly 5,000 displaced, abused, and neglected animals that come to our shelter every year - and through a pandemic, your support is needed more than ever.
