For $10 you can get yourself the official Training Log of Stasny Road Racing. Featured on the cover is two of our local running legends, Kathleen Pierce and Don Gill. This goal of the Training Log is to record the information you'll need to help you improve your running and to remember what worked and what didn't work. Writing information down is also the best way to hold yourself accountable as well!
