Game Day 5K and 1 Mile Walk (In-Person and Virtual)

The St Charles Football Team is celebrating 95 years of football tradition this fall. While much has changed over the years,  one thing remains the same ….the pride of wearing the Cardinal Football jersey! When you think of the GAME DAY 5K race, think of it as a spring pep rally to help raise funds for new jerseys. The 5K race and 1 mile walk will start at St Charles, wind through north Bexley and finish at St Charles. It will be a family-friendly event and we encourage you to form teams for the race.

You can join a team or create your own. The team with the most registered members will receive recognition at the race and bragging rights. All racers will receive a race t-shirt and medal. The top 3 men and women in each age group will also be recognized.

The race will kick off on April 30th at 6:00pm with a staggered start. We will have a chip timing system and results at the finish line. COVID protocols will be in place for this IN-PERSON race, however, spectators will not be allowed at the start and finish lines.

Children under 5 can accompany a paid adult at no cost, and no need to register them in advance.
