Brecksville Home Days Annual Family Fun Run 5K & 1-Mile Walk

Join us for a fun and meaningful run through the scenic streets of Brecksville! The Brecksville Home Days Annual Family Fun Run 5K & 1-Mile Walk kicks off at the Brecksville Community Center, bringing the community together for fitness, family fun, and fundraising.

All proceeds benefit Run For Your Life, Cuyahoga Valley Youth Organization, and Kick It for Children's Cancer, supporting youth programs and cancer research.

DATE

• Sunday, June 21, 2026

START 

• 7:00 a.m. - Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup 

• 8:00 a.m. - 5K Run (Chip Timed)

  • 1 Mile Walk (un-timed) to Start immediately after 5K start

• 9:00 a.m. - Awards Ceremony inside pavilion

REGISTRATION

• $15 pre-registration for the 1 mile walk/run

• $20 pre- registration for the 5k chip timed run

• $25 race day registration for both races 

• All mailed pre-registered entries must be received by Wednesday, June 17, 2026

EARLY PACKET PICKUP

• Saturday, June 20 from 3-5 pm at Brecksville Community Center, One Community Drive, Brecksville OH 44141

• Friends and family can pick of for others, it's recommends to have their confirmation email handy just in case.

• Participants can also register for the event at early packet pickup, and race morning via cash or check, or online by credit card.

• Chip Timed 5K Race Bib with Live Results | 1 Mile Novelty Race Bib Untimed

• Brecksville Home Days T-Shirt 

  • Shirt sizes subject to availability if registering after 6/16 - if your size is available at check-out, it will be available race morning!

• Post race snacks and refreshments

• 5K Overall and Age Group Awards:

  • 5K Family Race - Top Three Families will receive an award (top three finishers in each family’s combined score)

  • 5K Top 3 male and female overall and top 3 male and female in the following age categories:

    8 & under, 9-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 & over
