Are you ready to conquer the ultimate autumn adventure? Join us for an unforgettable trail experience among the stunning beauty of the Brecksville Reservation in the heart of the Cleveland Metroparks. Lace up your shoes and immerse yourself in the stunning fall foliage – a vibrant symphony of reds, oranges, and golds that can only be found during the peak of fall.
Our race logo pays homage to the whimsical Spotted, Redback, and Jefferson Salamanders that call Chippewa Creek their home. In the Spring, these tiny creatures embark on a journey from the woods to vernal breeding pools, symbolizing endurance and the spirit of exploration – qualities you'll embody as you tackle the Chippewa Creek Challenge.

Dirty Trail Series Event
Nine events. One dirty good time. One question: How dirty are you willing to get?
The Dirty Trail Series is Western Reserve Racing's celebration of trail running, hiking, and getting a little bit dirty along the way. With nine events throughout the year, the series takes you through some of Northeast Ohio's best trails and parks, from rolling singletrack to technical terrain and everything in between.
Participate in at least 5 Dirty Trail Series events to qualify for series recognition, earn points toward overall and age-group awards, and receive an invitation to the legendary Dirty Trail Series Awards Party. Plus, every event you complete earns you another raffle ticket for the end-of-season celebration.
Whether you pick a few favorite trails or chase all nine, the Dirty Trail Series is a year-long excuse to get outside, explore new trails, challenge yourself, and have a whole lot of fun getting dirty.
