Start your day with movement, wellness, and community at Wellness at the AMP, co-sponsored by the Williams County Health Department!

🏃 5K Run & Kids Fun
Run: 8:00 a.m. Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m.
💚 Wellness Fair: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Visit our website for details.

Join us for a morning focused on health and well-being. Kick things off with the Wellness at the AMP 5K Run and Kids Fun Run, then stay for the Wellness Fair featuring wellness activities, helpful health resources, and opportunities to learn simple ways to improve your overall well-being.

Whether you’re running, exploring wellness resources, or simply enjoying time outdoors, this event is a great way to invest in your health and connect with the community.

Race Information

Join us for the Wellness at the AMP 5k and Kids' Fun Run!

The run includes -

Bib and shirt (please note registration deadline to receive a shirt is April 23 at Noon)
Chip-timing.

Kid's Fun Run:

The kids' fun run is an untimed dash for our kiddos ages 12 and under. Registration includes a bib, youth-sized shirt (please note registration deadline to receive a shirt is April 23 at Noon)
Length approx. 1 Mile.

Walkers:

Shirt (please note registration deadline to receive a shirt is April 23 at Noon)
Walkers will follow the run course.

*Register by noon on Friday, April 23, to guarantee your shirt!

There will be limited registrations available on the day of the event.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

This race proceeds rain, shine, snow, or cold. For that reason, we have a strict no-refund policy. If you are unable to participate in the event, you can still receive your packet, shirt, and medal, and you simply run the race on your own time on your own course.
