Enjoy the fall season by joining the Canal Winchester Chamber for the 7th Annual Running Scared 5K and 1-Mile Family Run/Walk at Canal Winchester High School!
Grab your costumes and get moving for the best event of the season. We'll have an awesome 2023 race shirt (while supplies last), race bib, and medal for all registrants in both events. Shirts and shirt sizes are guaranteed for those who register on or before September 12. Shirts and shirt sizes are first come, first serve for participants who register on September 13 and later. This year, our in-person event will take place on October 28th at Canal Winchester High School.
Nationwide Children's orthopedic office will be performing a stretch clinic prior to the race.

Save time in line on Saturday and stop by Nationwide Children's Sports PT Clinic (6365 Winchester Blvd Suite B 43110) on Thursday, October 26, from 4 PM to 6:45 PM, or Friday, October 27, from 12 PM to 4 PM. Race day packet pickup will take place on race morning starting at 8:30 AM in the south parking lot of Canal Winchester High School (this is the parking lot between the high school and the stadium). The race will begin at 10:00 AM.
8:30 am - Race day check-in and packet pickup begins at Canal Winchester High School (in the parking lot between the high school and the stadium)
9:00 am - Health Fair Begins (CWHS Cafeteria)
10:00 am - 5K and 1-Mile start
12:00 pm - Event ends
