5K Race begins at Noon

Location:

Avondale Town Center, 3545 Reading Road, 45229.  Near the Forest Avenue Firehouse.  

Course:

5K Run/Walk course begins and ends at Fleischman Garden Park.  Forest Avenue @ Washington Avenue.

Race Divisions (Timed events only):
Run: men & women 9 and under; 10-14; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60- 69; 70 & up.
Walk: men & women 19 and under, 20-29; 30- 39; 40-49; 50- 59; 60 & up.

Optional Teams:

Join an existing team or start your own and compete for several team awards. 

Awards:
Special awards will be given to the top male and female finishers. The top finisher in each division, fastest team average and the largest team will also receive special awards. Average team time is based on fastest four on the team (four person minimum).

After the race:
Food, refreshments, health screens, family/children interactive and live entertainment will be available for all participants. We will have announce of the top male and female, run and walk individuals and divisional winners.

Chip Timing (Timed Events only):

This year's race will be accurately "chip timed" using MyLaps Bib Tag technology. No need to return chips this year!

Pre-registration Fee:

The timed 5K run/walk fee is $35. and $10 for

Kids 17 and under or Adults 55 and older, Registration includes chip timing and results.

Performance Tech Race t-shirts are available for order  for $25 w/ your registration.

Parking:

Participant parking is available in the Avondale Town Center parking lot and at South Avondale School parking lot off Prospect Place.  Additional parking will be designated in areas of close proximity to the venue.
