Due to facility closure related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 3/21 CTC Swim Clinic has been postponed until a later date. The rescheduled date is still being determined and information will be posted as soon as a date has been identified.

Description
Join your fellow CTC club-mates for a coached swim clinic and take your swim workouts to the next level!
Details: This swim clinic will include instruction on general and triathlon specific drills, video stroke analysis, and information on how to structure your swim workouts for maximum training benefit. All participants will have the opportunity to have their swim stroke video'd and receive immediate feedback on form and efficiency. Swimmers will also have an opportunity to experience swimming in a group, to simulate an open-water swim. The clinic will be run by two Cincinnati Marlins swim coaches, Aaron Dorfman and Hailey Olson. Bios for Aaron and Hailey can be found here.
Location and Time: The swim clinic will take place at the M.E. Lyons YMCA outdoor pool. The pool is enclosed in a climate controlled dome, and CTC will have private use of the entire pool. Instruction will begin promptly at 1:30pm, so please be on deck and ready to swim at this time. The clinic will run until 3:30pm.
Cost: The cost of the pool rental and coaches is being shared by the club and participants. Registration for the clinic is $15 and includes access to the YMCA facilities if you are not currently a member.
